2. Associate Business Analyst

Job Description:
Work with clients and technical teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of IT solutions. Translate business needs into functional specifications and assist in testing and implementation.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation

• Proficiency in requirement gathering, use cases, and gap analysis

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
