Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has released the HPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Notification for the engagement of Graduate, Technician (Diploma), and Trade (ITI) Apprentices under its Marketing Division. The apprenticeship program is conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and offers one year of practical training across various HPCL locations in India.

Eligible candidates can submit their online applications from 15 July 2026 to 31 July 2026. Candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully before applying.

Apprentice Categories

HPCL is inviting applications for the following apprentice categories:

• Graduate Apprentice
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentice
• Trade (ITI) Apprentice

Educational Qualification

Graduate Apprentice

Candidates should possess a BE/B.Tech degree in any of the following disciplines:

• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering

Technician Apprentice

Candidates should possess a Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.

Trade Apprentice

Candidates should possess an ITI Certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institute.

Eligibility Criteria : 

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

• Candidates should have completed the prescribed qualification from a recognized University/Institute.
• General/OBC (NCL)/EWS: Minimum 60% aggregate marks.
• SC/ST/PwBD: Minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Candidates should satisfy all conditions mentioned in the official notification.

Salary / Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and HPCL apprenticeship guidelines applicable to their respective apprentice category.
