ECLERX : ANALYST (0-1 YR EXP)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any Stream or Discipline.
- 2021/2022/2023/2024 batches can apply.
- Possess good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop and analyze ticket.
- Proven ability to self-check work to ensure results are error-free.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to act swiftly and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to assess situations and initiate appropriate action.
- Meet process expectations with high quality standards and adherence to SLAs.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment including working in rotational shifts.
- Work Location : Pune.
