Cognizant is hiring fresh graduates for the Analyst Trainee role through its Off-Campus Drive 2025. This opportunity is open for candidates with a three-year full-time degree in specified streams. Selected candidates will be aligned to one of Cognizant’s key verticals: Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services (DWS), Integrated Smart Operations, or IT Services based on their credentials.

Analyst Trainee – Job Descriptions by Domain
1. IT Services & Integrated Smart Operations
Responsibilities:
-
Write database queries and perform CRUD operations.
-
Design and write stored procedures based on low-level designs.
-
Prepare and execute test cases (manual/automated).
-
Fix service tickets and perform root cause analysis.
-
Use IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools.
-
Drive innovation and experimentation in project delivery.
Skills Required:

Proficiency in communication (written and verbal).

Teamwork and time management.
-
Critical thinking and innovation mindset.
2. Multicloud Services
Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:

Administer computing environments, monitor production servers.
-
Incident management and support across Windows, Network, Cloud, etc.
-
Follow SOPs, compliance, and security protocols.
-
Track productivity and contribute to service improvements.
-
Participate in knowledge-sharing and onboarding new hires.
Role Expectations:
-
Client-focused approach and global user collaboration.

Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift model.
-
Flexibility to relocate within India.
3. Digital Workplace Services (DWS)
Locations: Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Pune
Responsibilities:
-
Offer L1 tech support to users, resolve hardware/software issues.
-
Log, track, and escalate IT support tickets as needed.
-
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain documentation.
-
Keep client systems running smoothly and with minimal downtime.
Role Expectations:
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.
-
Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
-
Graduates from 2023 or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree (e.g., BCA, B.Sc. in CS/IT/Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Statistics/Electronics or allied streams).
Academic Requirements:
For IT & Integrated Smart Operations:
-
Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off).
-
No standing arrears at the time of joining.
-
Final scores will be validated (re-evaluation marks not considered).
For Multicloud & DWS Roles:
-
Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG.
-
No standing arrears allowed.
Other Criteria:
-
Open to Indian nationals or OCIs currently residing in India.
-
Must be flexible to relocate and work in any Cognizant office location and shift.
-
Candidates who have previously participated in Cognizant’s hiring process (between 2019–2024) should mention it during registration.
