Eligibility:
- Qualification: Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce
- 0-2 years experience
- Strong research capabilities, and a passion for customer support
- Support the domain team in data collection and formatting.
- Assist clients in segregating and uploading documents.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Ensure the website content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
