CGI : SERVICE DESK/ INFORMATION DOMAIN SUPPORT ROLE (FRESHER)
Eligibility:
- Qualification : Graduation in BSc, BCA, B.E, B.Tech.
- 2021/2022/2023/2024 batches can apply.
- Adhere to work schedules, attendance and leave policies. Expected to work in a 24/7 environment on rotational shifts.
- Comply with CGI and Clients IS/IT policies, code of conduct and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with decision makers at customer organizations.
- Skills: Cloud Commerce, Cloud Computing, Cloud Foundry, Cloud Native Development.
- Knowledge of IT applications, systems and networks.
- Problem analysis and solving.
- Any IT Infrastructure Administration skills such as Windows, Unix/Linux, Network, Python, Scripting, Database will be added advantage.
- Willingness to learn new emerging technologies.
- Work Location : Bangalore.
