Capgemini Hiring – ETL Tester with P&C Insurance
Key Responsibilities
Perform ETL, data product, and data validation testing.
Validate data integrity and troubleshoot issues using SQL.
Test Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and DAX.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate business rules and data requirements.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage testing defects.
Support testing activities on Azure and cloud-based data platforms.

Semantic Models
P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance Domain
Azure
Agile/Scrum
Test Management Tools
4–6 years of experience in ETL, data validation, and data quality testing.
Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain (P&C preferred).
Strong SQL skills for analysis, reconciliation, and validation.
Experience testing Power BI reports, dashboards, DAX, and semantic models.
Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based data platforms.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
