AMAZON : WALK IN FOR SELLER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE – SPS
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- 2018/2019/2020/2021/2022/2023/2024 are eligible to apply.
- 0-5 Years of experience.
- The SPS associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to 3rd party Sellers on the Amazon platform.
- A SPS associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Shifts: The job involves working in a 24/7 environment including night shifts and the shifts are decided based on the business requirement.
- Weekly Off: Rotational two- consecutive day off (it is a 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off.
