ALIGHT : HRO PROCESSING ASSISTANT I – TEAM MEMBER (0-2 YRS EXP)
Eligibility:
- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, B.A, BBA (No Full time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed)
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Work morning/evening as per business requirement
- Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office, Excel)
- Ensuring proper documentation and following standard operating procedure.
- Ensure completion of aligned work timely and with accuracy.
- Able to practice logical reasoning and critical thinking.
- Participation in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
- Contribution to the smooth operations and in day-to-day duties
