Qualification : A foundational understanding of game design principles, including gameplay loops, player motivation, progression, balance, feedback, challenge, and reward.
Strong interest in building games and understanding why players find experiences engaging and fun.
Creative and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly through written documentation, diagrams, presentations, or prototypes.
