🔢 Number of Internships

• Total Interns: 250

• Exclusive for Girls: 100 seats reserved

💰 Fellowship / Stipend Details

Selected interns will receive a fellowship based on the duration chosen:

• ₹15,000 for 2 months (total)

• ₹7,500 per month

• ₹10,000 for one-and-a-half months

➡️ Interns can choose one month, one-and-a-half months, or two months duration.

⚠️ No additional benefits or allowances will be provided apart from the fellowship mentioned above.

⏳ Internship Duration

• Duration: Minimum 1 month to maximum 2 months

• Tentative Period: 15 May 2026 – 14 July 2026

🏨 Accommodation & Food

• Hostel Accommodation: Provided in IIT Hyderabad student hostels

• Mess Charges: To be paid by the interns

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Only NON-IIT Hyderabad students are eligible. Applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

🎓 Academic Eligibility

• 1st Year MSc (Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Biology)

• 1st Year MA

• 2nd or 3rd Year B.Tech / B.Des (All branches)

• 3rd or 4th Year Integrated B.Tech–M.Tech program

📊 Academic Performance

• Applicants must be among the Top 20% of their class based on CGPA or percentage in all previous years.

• This must be certified by the Head of the Institution / Principal at the time of application.

📄 A prescribed format for the certification letter must be downloaded and submitted.

📌 Additional Conditions

• The applicant must be a full-time/regular student at the time of application and till completion of the internship.

• The internship is strictly full-time (minimum one month).

• Part-time or online internships are NOT allowed.

📝 Application Process

• Applications must be submitted only through the official web portal.

• Offline applications or applications via email will NOT be accepted.

• Applications submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

🧠 Selection Procedure

The selection process includes:

1. Preliminary screening of applications

2. Online interview (department/mentor-wise, if required)

Selection will be based on:

• Consistently strong academic performance

• Relative rank in class/university

• Research work or projects beyond academics

• Achievements in competitions such as Olympiads, NTSE, etc.

• Performance in the interview
