🔧 Roles & Responsibilities

As a Software Developer, you will be involved in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:

• Designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications

• Writing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable Java applications

• Analyzing existing system issues and proposing improvements

• Collaborating with architects, technical leads, and stakeholders

• Participating in release activities and troubleshooting production issues

• Creating innovative coding solutions to meet business requirements

🎓 Education Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
  (BE / B.Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (CS/IT), or MCA)

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree

💼 Experience Required

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Development

• Hands-on experience with Java 8 or above

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have strong knowledge of:

Core Java

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

• Exception Handling (Checked & Unchecked)

• Collections Framework (List, Set, Map)

• Abstract Classes & Interfaces

• Constructors & Access Specifiers

• Generics and Java Keywords (static, final, volatile, synchronized, transient)

• File I/O and Serialization

• JVM architecture & Memory Management

• Multithreading and Synchronization

Java Web Technologies

• JSP (Java Server Pages)

• Servlets

Frameworks

• Spring Framework (Spring 4 or above)

• Hibernate

⭐ Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience with Build Tools:

  • Maven

  • Ant

  • Git (Version Control)

• Knowledge of Design Patterns and their optimization

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Spring Core

  • Spring ORM

  • Spring DAO

  • Spring AOP

  • Hibernate (added advantage)
