1. Salesforce Developer (Senior Associate Consultant)
- Location: Bangalore, India
- Unit: Enterprise Package Application Services

- Role: Senior Associate Consultant
- Work Experience: 3 – 5 years
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering
BCA
Master of Technology
Bachelor of Technology
Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand customer issues, design solutions, and deploy effectively for client delight.
Develop proposals, solution designs, and assist in resolving client queries.
Participate in configuration, product setup, conference room pilots, and demonstrations.
Conduct POCs, effort estimations, and align with organization guidelines.
Lead small projects, contribute to team/organizational initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop value-creating strategies for clients.
Good knowledge of software configuration management.
Awareness of latest industry trends.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Financial process awareness, pricing models understanding.
Project and team management.
Technical Requirements:
Primary Skills: Salesforce → Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Certification: Platform Developer 1 (mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Lightning
