3. Eligibility Criteria (as of July 1, 2025)

Age Limit:

• Minimum: 20 years

• Maximum: 30 years

• Must be born between 02.07.1995 and 01.07.2005 (inclusive)

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

• PwBD: 10 years

• Ex-Servicemen / ECOs / SSCOs: 5 years

• JK Residents (1980–1989): 5 years

• 1984 Riot Affected: 5 years

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

• Must possess degree/mark sheet on the registration date

Other Requirements:

• Computer Literacy: Working knowledge expected

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in state/UT language preferred

• Credit History: Clean CIBIL record or valid NOCs required

4. How to Apply (Online Only)

1. Visit www.ibps.in

2. Click on “New Registration”

3. Fill application form with personal, educational & contact details

4. Upload required documents:

   • Photograph: 20–50 KB, 200×230 px

   • Signature: 10–20 KB, 140×60 px (lowercase only)

   • Left Thumb Impression: 20–50 KB, 240×240 px

   • Handwritten Declaration: 50–100 KB, 800×400 px

5. Preview form and make corrections if needed

6. Pay the fee and submit the form

Application Fee:

• SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175

• General/Others: ₹850
  (Payment via debit/credit card, net banking, wallets, etc.)

5. Selection Process

The IBPS PO selection includes three stages:

1. Preliminary Exam – Qualifying in nature

2. Main Exam – Considered for merit

3. Interview – Final stage

Final selection is based on Main Exam + Interview performance. Prelims marks are not counted for final merit.
