2. What do you understand by Program Management?

For example, if Razorpay is launching a new feature for merchants, the Program Manager will track the progress, talk to the product and support teams, and make sure it goes live smoothly. They also help in improving current processes to save time and reduce mistakes.
3. How would you manage multiple tasks or projects at the same time?
To manage multiple tasks, I would start by making a to-do list and prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and importance. I would use tools like Google Sheets or project tracking tools like Trello or Asana to monitor the progress. Regular check-ins with team members help to avoid confusion. I would also block specific time slots for each task so that I stay focused and finish things on time. If any problem arises, I will inform my manager early so we can solve it quickly.

Razorpay is a financial technology company started in 2014. It helps businesses with online payments, banking, and loans. Its main products are the Payment Gateway (for collecting payments), Razorpay X (for managing business banking), and Razorpay Capital (for giving loans to businesses). Razorpay makes it easy for businesses to send and receive money and manage everything in one place. It’s a very fast-growing company that supports lakhs of businesses in India.
5. How comfortable are you with tools like Google Sheets and Google Slides?
I am comfortable using Google Sheets for creating trackers, organizing data, and making simple formulas to calculate or sort things. I have used Google Slides to prepare presentations for college projects and group work. I can make professional-looking slides, insert graphs, and explain reports using slides. If needed, I am also open to learning more advanced features through online tutorials.
6. Describe a time when you solved a problem in a group or project.
During my college mini-project, we were building a dashboard, and our team got stuck because one member’s code was not working well with the rest of the project. I suggested that we all meet, review the code together, and assign one person to combine everything. I helped in testing the parts and found a mistake in the data format. We fixed it and completed the project on time. This experience taught me that open communication and teamwork are very important.
7. What do you think is the role of Customer Success in a company like Razorpay?
Customer Success means helping the customer get the best results from the product. In Razorpay, this would mean helping merchants understand how to use the platform better, solve their problems quickly, and keep them happy so they stay with Razorpay. It also involves tracking feedback, solving issues before they become big problems, and improving customer experience. A happy customer will use the product more and tell others about it too.
8. How do you handle feedback or criticism?
I see feedback as a chance to learn and improve. If someone gives me suggestions or points out mistakes, I listen carefully, thank them, and try to understand what I can do better. For example, once during a college presentation, my teacher said my slides were too wordy. From then on, I focused on using bullet points and more visuals. Feedback helps me grow, and I never take it personally.
9. Can you give an example of a time when you paid attention to detail?
During a data-entry project in college, we had to enter over 500 rows of information. I double-checked all the values to make sure names and numbers matched. I also noticed a few spelling mistakes that could have caused confusion later. My teacher appreciated that I spotted these issues. Paying attention to small details helps avoid bigger problems in the future.
