Job Description:

The Customer Support Group (CSG) is Capgemini’s frontline support team under Cloud & Infra Services (CIS), managing IT infrastructure incidents via both traditional (email/voice) and digital (chat, bots) channels. You’ll play a vital role in enabling quick incident resolution to enhance the user experience.

You will be required to work in 24×7 rotational shifts across global time zones.
