Important Details
- Eligibility: Open to women aged 18 and above, including students, young professionals, job seekers, career re-starters, and lifelong learners.
- Last Date for Registration: April 06, 2025
- Program Format: Hybrid model with one week of immersive learning at Infosys campuses/offices, followed by virtual sessions.
- Re-registration Policy: Participants from previous cohorts who have already completed the program should not register.
- Gender-Specific Program: Only women are eligible; registrations from men will be cancelled.

- Candidates will be evaluated based on their learning history on Infosys Springboard, application form completion, and required pre-learning content completion.

- Shortlisted candidates will receive a detailed schedule for virtual sessions.
- In-person session schedules will be shared only with participants who maintain consistent progress.
- Performance Monitoring
- There will be a fortnightly review of each learner’s progress.
- Inconsistent learners may be excluded after careful review and consideration.

1. We will review all the applications and shortlist candidates based on parameters of learning history on Infosys Springboard, completion of the application form, and completion of the preset learning content of two courses and one certification which will be shared with all the applicants. 2. The selected candidates will receive the complete schedule for virtual sessions. The schedule for in-person sessions will be shared with only those participants who have maintained the completion of their learning.
3. There will be a fortnightly review of learning and learner progress. Learners who are inconsistent or fail to keep up with the requirements of the prevalent module will be excluded from the rest of the Cohort, after due discussion and consideration.
