MORNING STAR IS HIRING : ASSOCIATE BUSINESS ANALYST
- Qualification : A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience in professional services, data analysis, CRM data handling, or similar fields (experience in financial planning is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and make sense of complex data and identify issues in data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
