MERCK IS HIRING : SYSTEM ENGINEER
- Qualification : Graduate degree (Science/Commerce background), Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written)
- Work experience of 0 to 3 years in the relevant IT Domain/Customer Support preferred.
- ITIL Knowledge, Knowledge on Windows/Networking/MAC Platform
- Secondary Skills: IT Service Desk / Helpdesk / Technical Support
- Strong Communication Skills – Written and Verbal – Microsoft standard desktop applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook – Demonstrated experience supporting customer interactions and troubleshooting.
- Location: Bangalore

MARLABS IS HIRING : TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
- Qualification : Any Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree can apply
- 0-2 experience candidates can apply
- Oracle SQL , Basics of Linux, Basics OF AWS, Good communication and aptitude skills are important
- Monitoring Application
- Writing Adhoc reports using SQL queries
- Resolving user requests
- Support for applications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ability to work in shifts
