SAGALITY : MEGA WALK-IN DRIVE FOR FRESHER GRAD, INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS
- Qualification: Graduates: BCom, BSC, BBA, BPharma (Only Non Tech Graduates)
- 2021/2022/2023/2024 batches can apply
- Process claims according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings by adhering to client SLAs
- Utilize company policies to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Input and update customer records in the company platform.
- Ensure quick and accurate decision-making to resolve customer queries.
- No of Openings: 60
- Salary Package: 2.5-3.25 Lacs P.A.
- Work Location: Hyderabad.
