1.APTITUDE & REASONING
Whatever may be the exam, the first and foremost entry-level basic test will be on the aptitude and reasoning. So, one needs to be thorough with all the basics of aptitude and reasoning for passing the first level of the test. 2.C LANGUAGE & DATA STRUCTURES
For a fresher, the basic requirement for passing in the technical round. One should be ready with his or her C basic skills in B.tech 3rd year itself. Because in the final year students will be busy with their final year project.
3.RESUME
Many students copy resumes available on google. But, that is not the way to prepare your resume. Just choose a template and take your time. Analyze your skills and write down on a paper and then fair it in the resume in Wordpad. Write it on your own or else one will face failure in the HR round.
4.BASICS OF ANY PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE
Apart from C language, the companies need some other skills to keep yourself odd one out of other candidates. So, have a piece of basic knowledge of Python or JAVA. That will give you an extra edge over other competitors.
5.ENGLISH SPEAKING
English speaking skills and soft skills are a must for any candidates appearing for software jobs. But, according to me, technical skills are more important than software skills. But, having basic English knowledge is important. There are many youtube channels that teach basic English. So, go through them.
