[24]7.AI IS HIRING : WALK IN DRIVE FOR SEMI VOICE PROCESS
- Qualification : PUC/Intermediate/10+3 (Diploma)/Graduation
- Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Typing Speed with 25wpm and 90% accuracy is a minimum requirement.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
- Must be flexible to work in rotational night shifts(Midnight shifts as well)
- Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory(Xerox Copies)
