MICROSOFT IS HIRING : TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERING APPRENTICE
Qualification : Students currently purusing in B.E. or B.Tech programs in circuital branches, graduating in 2025, and without any active backlogs, are eligible to apply.

- fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
- Identify and categorize IT service requests and incidents, ensuring accurate logging and tracking using the organization’s incident management tools.
- Analyze specific client agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and management plans.
- Identify the latest changes, procedures, and practices related to service requests and obtain sufficient information from customers to understand the nature of the problem.
- Implement and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) by logging tickets, capturing incident details, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform initial diagnosis of issues based on customer-provided information and implement appropriate solutions.

ZYCUS IS HIRING : HR – INTERN – TALENT ACQUISATION
QUALIFICATION : BE/BBA/BSc/B.Tech graduate with MBA in HR.
- Highly Creative, Thinking Ability, Strong Presentation Skills along with Strong Communication Skills.
- Skills require very high ability to drive things end- to end and follow up aggresively to get the work done, ability to influence and collaborate with various functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be very good in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Broad knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews.
- Candidates should be a team player, have a keen eye for detail, be able and willing to coach others in accurate and effective marketing communications and have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
