WIPRO SELECTION PROCESS:
Wipro selects BTech & Degree Graduates through 2 different programs. Project Engineer role for BTech/MTech graduates is hired through Wipro’s Elite National Talent Hunt with service agreement of 1-2 years and Degree students are hired through WIPRO WILP Program which has a service agreement of 5 years with Integrated MTech program. The hiring takes place for 3 phases for each academic year.
- Minimum Percentage/CGPA criteria is 60% or 6CGPA
The Test goes as follows for BTech/MTech graduates:
- Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability , English (verbal) Ability. Duration: 48 mins
- Written Communication Test: Essay writing. Duration: 20 mins
- Online Programming Test: Two programs for coding. Duration: 60 mins
Candidate can chose any one of these programming languages for the online programming test: Java, C, C++ or Python.

Quants 20 Questions 20 mins
Logical 20 Questions 20 mins
Verbal 20 Questions 20 mins

The written test, Interview and onboarding process would approximately take 3-4 months. The duration may be subjected to change based om the circumstances.
