Eligibility:
- Qualification: Any graduation with programming knowledge
- Graduation year of passing: 2020/2021/2022
- Percentage: Minimum of 60% is required in the highest qualification
- To handle L1, L2 and L3 tickets
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to ask clarifying questions in time to meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
