- Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
- Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
- Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.
