Eligibility:
- Degree(BCA)/MCA/BTech or equivalent experience.

- Must have ability to diagnose and solve problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate at all technical levels.
- Be able to demonstrate commitment to exceptional client service.
- Monitoring the infrastructure like Servers (Both Windows, Linux & Solaris), Network devices (Both Cisco & Juniper:- Switches, Routers, firewalls, WLC ,WAP, VPN, UPS Etc.) And Communication Links (MPLS – GWAN), Storage devices (Dell, Hitachi and HP) and Applications.
