INTOUCH: MEGA WALKIN DRIVE
Eligibility:
- Support through Chat.
- Carry sales or customer support experience.
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
- Previous relevant experience.
- Ability to build rapport with the customer.
- Graduation Not Required (No UG backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies).
- Minimum understanding of Customer Service.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts.
